放马峪铁矿爆破振动预测分析

摘要(Abstract):

在密云县放马峪铁矿鞍子沟采场爆破振动现场监测数据的基础上,对大量的实测数据进行了最小二乘法线性回归分析,得到了在该铁矿现有的爆破条件下,任意质点在空间3个方向上爆破振动速度峰值的预测公式。对3个方向的预测公式进行误差比较分析后,发现质点垂直向最大振动速度并非是爆破振动破坏的唯一判别指标,据此提出了按距离分段选择最合适判别指标的方法,进一步提高了爆破振动预测结果的可靠性。
Based on monitoring of real-time blasting vibration at Anzigou stope,Fangmayu Iron Mine in Miyun county,an analysis of the acquired plentiful practical testing data by linear regression were carried out.The analysis made the forecast formulas of maximum blasting vibration velocity of any particle at three-direction in space obtainable.An error comparison analysis of the forecast formulas showed that the vertical velocity of particles maximum vibration was not the only criterion for destruction judgement.A method of determining the most suitable criterion was presented by segment distance in this paper,which could further improve the reliability of blasting vibration forecast.
