爆炸焊接过程的安全评价与安全管理

摘要(Abstract):

爆炸焊接过程会产生爆炸地震、冲击波、有毒气体和噪声等有害效应。本文首先从安全评估、设计和安全管理等方面对爆炸焊接过程中存在的安全问题进行了剖析;并提出了相应的防护措施,为爆炸焊接的安全施工和危害控制提供了有益的帮助;最后提出了爆炸焊接过程的安全评价和安全管理工作今后的发展方向,以期进一步提高爆炸焊接作业的本质安全。
The adverse effects,such as blast seism,shock waves,hazardous gases and noises could be produced during the explosive welding process.The safety problems of explosive welding were discussed from safety assessment,design,safety management and the protective measures for the solution of safety problems were also presented in the paper.It is helpful to the safety construction and hazard control of explosive welding.The development directions of safety assessment and safety management were also discussed to further improve the safety in the manufacturing process of explosive welding.
