摘要(Abstract)：
介绍一种毫秒起爆器，该起爆器是通过电子线路使之产生一定时间间隔、一定能量的脉冲电流起爆瞬发电雷管，从而达到利用瞬发雷管代替毫秒雷管进行露天和井下毫秒爆破的目的。
A millisecond detonator is introduced in this paper.This detonator,a stantaneous electric detonator,is ignited through the built-in electronic circuit which produces a certain delay and energy pulse current.So the stantaneous detonator can replace millisecond detonator in millisecond blasting in open pits and underground mines.
