摘要(Abstract)：
二米八轧线整治改造中的钢筋混凝土设备基础切割拆除控爆，是在原基础上切割一部分，完好地保留另一部分，并且要在这保留的基础上扩大基础，使新说注的钢筋混凝土与旧的很好地结合，这是一次难度较大，工期紧迫的工程任务。本文主要介绍这次施工的经验。
In the transformation of a 2.8m rolling machine, the reinforced concrete base was cut-demolished and controlled-blasted.Part of it was cut,and part of it reserved,The reserved part of the base was expanded.The new poured reinforced concrete was well-combined with the reserved part.This was a difficult and pressing task.The experience for construction is mainly intro-duced in this paper.
