摘要(Abstract):

介绍了加拿大进口设备诺兰达炉炉结高温下控制爆破拆除的成功经验。在试验和实测的基础上 ,确定了合适的单孔药量 ,可避免支撑炉体的轴承以及炉衬的破坏。通过选择合理的爆破方案、适宜的爆破器材、新型的隔热材料、优化的爆破参数和可靠的起爆网路 ,实现了高温 (4 0 0℃ )下诺兰达炉炉结的快速 (3d)拆除
This paper presented the experience of successfully demolishing the accretion in Noranda Furnace,imported from Canada,by controlled blasting under high temperature condition On the basis of tests and practical measurement,the right one hole charge weight was determined,which made the bearings supporting the furnace body and the lining undamaged By selecting the proper blasting scheme,suitable blasting materials,new types of heat insulation materials,optimized blasting parameters and reliable priming network,rapid demolition of the accretion in Noranda Furnace was realized in three days at a temperature of 400℃
