摘要(Abstract):
详细介绍了聚能切割爆破拆除技术在沈阳市绿岛全钢结构体育馆中的应用情况。通过精心设计,钢结构立柱和顶层采取倾斜切割缝形成爆破切口,爆破部位采用沙袋作为防护材料对裸露装药进行防护,应用数码电子雷管进行起爆延时控制,并通过现场试验和数值模拟技术对切割器的切割能力、预处理后的结构稳定性及爆破切口的合理性进行模拟分析和方案优化,最终成功实施了爆破拆除,取得十分理想的效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The application of cumulative cutting blasting demolition technology in Shenyang Green Island all-steel stadium was introduced.Through careful design,blasting notch was formed by inclined cut slits in steel columns and the roof.Sandbags were used to prevent bare charging from hurting blasting parts around.Digital detonator was applied for controlling delay blasting.The performance of the cutter and structural stability of pretreated blasting cut was simulated and optimized by field test and numerical simulation.The blasting demolition achieved ideal effect,it could provide a reference for similar projects.
