摘要(Abstract)：

炸药现场混装技术在采矿类工程爆破中已经取得了广泛应用,在水下工程爆破中目前还鲜有尝试。本文介绍了露天矿用BCJ-3型乳化炸药装药机和MEF移动式乳胶基质地面站,在海上炸礁爆破中的应用和经验总结。通过将装药机和地面站安装到钻爆施工船上,实现了海上炸药生产、装药、爆破功能一体化,不仅提高了爆破作业整体机械化水平、降低了劳动强度,同时保证了作业过程的本质安全性。
Although the technology of site sensitized emulsion explosive has been widely applied in mining blasting,it is still rarely used in underwater blasting.This article introduced how the BCJ-3 emulsion explosive charging machine and the MEF mobile emulsion matrix station,which were both applied in open-air mining blasting normally,were used in reef explosion at sea and the application experience.Installing the BCJ-3 charging machine and the MEF station on board,it enabled the drilling ship to realize the integrated function of explosive producing,mechanical charging and blasting on the sea,which improved the overall level of mechanization and reduced labor intensity,while ensuring the safety of charging and blasting process.
