地下开采炸药单耗对机械破碎能的影响EFFECT OF UNDERGROUND MINING EXPLOSIVE CONSUMPTION ON MECHANICAL CRUSHING ENERGY

摘要(Abstract):
结合矿山地下开采深孔爆破和矿石加工的实际情况,以炸药单耗和颚式破碎机耗电量为能耗指标,研究铁矿矿山地下深孔爆破炸药单耗的变化规律,分析炸药单耗对磁铁矿原矿机械破碎能耗的影响。研究表明,随着大块率和平均块度的增大,炸药单耗呈对数函数减小的变化规律,磁铁矿地下深孔爆破炸药单耗的合理区间为[0.624,1.032];炸药单耗增大会降低机械破碎能耗,二者近似呈二次多项式的变化关系;增加炸药单耗会改善磁铁矿可破性,达到降低机械破碎能的目的。
Saving energy and reducing consumption has been the trend of mining development.Taking the trend as researching background,combining the actual situation of deep hole blasting of underground mining and ore processing in an iron mine,explosive consumption and electric consumption of jaw crusher were chosen as energy indexes to research the changing law of explosive consumption and to analyze the effect of explosive consumption on crushing energy consumption with machine.The conclusions were that explosive consumption decreased with logarithmic function basically along with the enlargement of bulk rate and average block.The mechanical crushing energy could decrease along with the enlargement of explosive and the changing relationship between them could be shown with 2polynomial approximately.The crushing character of magnetite could be improved by improving the usage of explosive consumption.It is feasible to reduce energy consumption of mechanical crushing energy by adding blasting energy.
