摘要(Abstract):

研究爆炸焊接动态参数对复合质量至关重要。本文对铜复板的动态弯折角、碰撞速度等动态参数进行了研究 ,得到了铜复板飞行姿态、超声速复合中临界碰撞角和铜复板飞行速度上限 ,对试验与生产有一定的实用价值。
It is extremely important for explosion cladding quality to study the dynamic para meters of explosive welding In this paper,the dynamic parameters of the copper flyer plate such as dynamic crooked angle,collision velocity are studied The flyer plate’s flying attitude,the critical angle in ultrasonic explosive cladding and the upper limit of flying velocity are obtained The study results are practically valuable to the experiment and production of copper steel explosive welding
