隔江两岸高压线钢混塔爆破拆除技术

摘要(Abstract):

针对爆破拆除长江两岸106 m高的高压线钢混塔时,长江航线不得停航以及两塔周边环境复杂的情况,选择倒塌方向分别为南塔向东偏南45°,北塔向东偏北35°。根据两塔结构特点制定爆破参数,准确测定倒塌中心线;对底部直径大、坡度大、壁薄的塔体采取了正梯形切口,预开定向窗。采用非电双向复式闭合起爆网路,设置了2个起爆站,南、北塔先后间隔15 s起爆。对爆破振动、触地振动、飞石飞散距离进行安全校核。在两塔爆破部位进行覆盖防护,并在两塔周围采取了开设减振沟、铺设橡胶轮胎缓冲墙、搭设防护架等防护措施,控制了爆破有害效应对周边环境的影响。隔江两岸高压线钢混塔爆破拆除,定向准确,顺利倒塌,取得了理想的爆破效果,为同类工程提供了经验。
Aiming at the 106 m high voltage electric tower on both sides of the Yangtze River is demolished,the route of the Yangtze River cannot be stopped and the surrounding environment of the two towers is complicated. The direction of collapse is 45° southeast and 35° northeast respectively. According to the structural characteristics of the two towers, the blasting parameters are formulated and the collapse centerline is accurately measured, and the trapezoidal notch is adopted for the tower with large bottom diameter, large slope and thin wall, and the directional window is pre-opened. Two detonating stations are set up by using non-electric bi-directional duplex closed detonation network, and the south and north towers are successively detonated at 15 s intervals. Safety check of blasting vibration, contact vibration and flying distance of flying stone is carried out. So, in two, The blasting site of the tower is protected by overlay, and the vibration absorption ditch is set up around the two towers, the rubber tire anti-vibration wall is laid, and the protective frame is set up to control the influence of the harmful effect of blasting on the surrounding environment. The blasting of reinforced concrete tower on both sides of the Yangtze River with accurate orientation and smooth collapse has achieved an ideal blasting effect and provided experience for similar projects.
