摘要(Abstract)：

所谓精细爆破,即通过定量化的爆破设计和精心的爆破施工,进行炸药爆炸能量释放与介质破碎、抛掷等过程的精密控制,既达到预定的爆破效果,又实现爆破有害效应的有效控制,最终实现安全可靠、绿色环保及经济合理的爆破作业。作者结合自身的科研和实践,并通过对国内外爆破和相关技术领域现状及发展趋势的全面调研与综合分析,介绍了精细爆破概念的形成,对工程爆破各领域如何落实和实践精细爆破提出了意见和建议;作为一个新的概念,拟就精细爆破的确切定义、适应范围、相关标准等方面做进一步的研究和完善。
3P(Precise,Punctilious and perfect)Blasting,a completely new concept,is presented by the authors of this paper,meaning a blasting engineering using quantitative designs and punctilious blasting operation to precisely control explosion energy release and medium breakage and throwing,so as to reach anticipated blasting effects,and on the other hand,realize perfectly control of harmful effects,and finally to promise a safe,reliable and environmental and economical friendly blasting operation.The authors,based on their own R&D work and engineering practice,and after reviewing the present situation of the blasting technology and the related fields,introduced the formation of the 3P Blasting,and furthermore,gave some advice on how to apply and develop the 3P Blasting concept in different fields of engineering blasting.As a newly developed concept,the 3P Blasting should be further studied and completed in terms of its exact definition,applied ranges,reasonable standards,etc.
