摘要(Abstract)：

在四周均没有可供定向倾倒场地的复杂环境下,为了缩减大楼的爆破塌散范围,采取秒差爆破将大楼切割分区、进行内凹式的楼房爆破拆除。同时采取了一系列的综合技术措施,有效地控制了爆破震动和爆破飞散物。
Being no available space for directional collapse in the complicated condition in the four directions,millisecond blasting to cut the building into sections followed by inner blasting demolition of them was employed in building demolition to minimize the area for the collapsing building.A series of comprehensive measures were taken in the demolition and successfully made the blasting vibration and fragments under control.
