摘要(Abstract)：

针对某隧洞发生的隧洞开挖史上罕见的特大涌渣流砂事故,阐述了涌渣流砂形成的条件及基本原理,分析了事故原因,总结了经验教训;并对施工地质条件极差的隧洞开挖爆破方案的选择提出了具体建议。可供同类工程借鉴,对预防同类事故的发生有着重要意义。
Serious flowing sand accident had happened,which was rarely seen in history for certain tunnel project.Basic principles and conditions about the accident were elaborated.The cause of this accident was also analyzed with summaries of its lessons.After this,some specific suggestions were proposed about how to choose blasting programs for similar tunnel excavation work under extremely poor geological conditions,which had great significance for preventing similar accidents.
