单向折叠爆破拆除发电厂复合结构除尘站

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了某一发电厂内复合结构的4号除尘站的爆破拆除情况。被爆物结构特殊、场地狭小、环境复杂、工期紧。本工程将待拆物分成三个区域,采用非电毫秒延时导爆管雷管起爆网路、单向折叠爆破拆除了4号除尘站。本文阐述了该除尘站主要部位的爆破参数、起爆网路及安全防护措施的设计与施工,由于措施得当,爆破取得了圆满成功。
The paper discussed the blasting demolition of 4# dust removal station located in a certain power plant.The project was characterized by its special structure to be blasted and featured narrow space for collapse,complicated surroundings and limited operation schedule.And therefore,the object to be blasted was divided into three sections,with each section employing non-electric millisecond delay ignition network plus unidirectional fold blasting technique.The paper presented the blasting parameters,ignition network and safety protection measures used in blasting key sections of the station.This project completed with great success thanking to the delicate design.
