摘要(Abstract):

为了安全、高效地拆除两座150m高的钢筋混凝土烟囱,考虑到周围环境较为简单,倒塌空间满足要求,采用定向爆破拆除方案。为了避开烟囱烟道口和出灰口对烟囱定向倒塌的不利影响,将爆破切口位置布置在离地面15m处,采用正三角矩形组合爆破切口,通过精心设计和施工实现了烟囱准确定向倒塌。对烟囱爆破过程中炸药产生的爆炸振动速度、烟囱倒塌触地振动速度、爆破个别飞石距离进行了校核,采取了相应的安全防护措施,取得了理想的爆破效果,且未对周围需保护的建筑物及设施造成影响,可为同类工程提供参考。
In order to demolish two 150 m reinforced concrete chimneys safely and efficiently,considering the surrounding environment is relatively simple and the collapse space meets the requirements,a directional blasting demolition plan is adopted.At the same time,In order to avoid the adverse effects of fume exit and ash outlet on the directional collapse of chimney,the location of blasting notch is arranged at 15 m away from the ground,and the positive triangular rectangle combined blasting notch is adopted.The precise directional collapse of chimney is achieved through careful design and construction.The process of explosive explosive blasting vibration velocity,vibration velocity,distance of chimney collapsing blasting individual flying rocks were checked,take the corresponding security measures,and achieved good blasting effect,and it does not affect the surrounding buildings and facilities,which can provide reference for similar projects.
