东石岭水库溢流坝堰面爆破拆除及震动控制

摘要(Abstract):

溢流坝堰面的薄层钢筋混凝土和浆砌块石的爆破拆除直接在坝体上进行。为保证保留坝体的安全以及同时施工的帷幕与固结灌浆的质量安全,参照以往工程的经验,提出了合理、可行的爆破震动控制标准。根据控制标准,严格控制单响药量,正确选择爆破参数,采用了合理的装药结构和起爆顺序。此外,采取了有效的工程减振措施。爆破震动实测结果表明,在单响药量不超过600g的条件下,距爆源5m处的质点峰值振速小于5cm/s的控制标准。
Blasting demolition of thin RC weir surface and mortared rubble is directly conducted on spillway dam.In order to ensure the safety of retained dam body and grouting curtain,a reasonable and feasible criterion of blasting vibration control is proposed in the light of the experience from past projects.According to the control criterion,maximum charge weight per delay interval is under strict control,correct blasting parameters are selected and reasonable charging structure and blasting sequence are used.Besides,effective measures of vibration reduction are taken.The results of vibration monitoring show that the peak particle vibration velocity at 5m from the explosion source is less than 5cm/s of control criterion in the condition of which maximum charge weight per delay interval is not greater than 600 grams.
