摘要(Abstract):

为了安全爆破拆除210m高的双层套筒烟囱,根据烟囱材料结构、周围环境复杂和倒塌空间不足的特点,采用高位切口单向控制爆破拆除技术,精心设计、施工,合理调整内、外筒的爆破切口参数,实现了烟囱倒塌准确定向。根据理论计算公式校核了爆破振动和塌落触地振动速度。采取铺设缓冲垫层、开挖减振沟等措施减小了振动。烟囱爆破拆除的成功,可为同类工程提供参考。
In order to achieve the goal of safe demolish 210 mdouble sleeve chimney,according to the characteristics of the chimney material structure,the complex surroundings and collapse space insufficient,the high notch unidirectional control blasting demolition technology is used.Through the careful design and construction,through the reasonable adjustment of the blasting parameters of the inner and outer chimney,the accurate direction of the chimney is realized.According to the theoretical calculation formula,the vibration velocity of blasting vibration and collapse vibration is checked.By taking measures such as laying cushion cover and excavating and reducing vibration channel to reduce vibration and successfully complete the removal of chimney.It can be used to provide reference for similar projects.
