摘要(Abstract):

介绍了用定向控制爆破方法拆除吉化电石厂120m钢筋混凝土烟囱的经验。针对该烟囱下部有1个门和3个窗户的特殊结构,选择倒梯形爆破切口,以增强预留支撑面的强度。为防止烟囱落地产生震动和前冲,在倒塌的前方设置了减震带和阻冲挡土墙。文中同时还阐述了参数的选择与计算,以及爆破效果。文中总结的四点经验值得借鉴。
The paper introduced the experience from the demolition of a 120m reinforced concrete chimney by directional controlled blasting.The chimney to be demolished featured the special structure by its one gate and three windows affixed at its lower section.Regarding this structure,a reverse trapezoid cut was determined for the demolition so as to strength the supporting intension of the preserved interface.For avoiding the dash and minimize vibration caused by the collapse,some cushion ribbon and a resistant hillock were mounted on the ground in the direction of the collapse.The paper also presented in detail the information on selection of blasting parameters,the safety protection measures,the blasting effect as well as the mechanics calculation etc.The four items of experience summarized in this paper was of consultable value.
