摘要(Abstract)：

通过处置两起重大爆破事故的过程,从公安机关的职责和任务,重点对组织领导、道路交通管制、现场受伤人员的救治、受伤人员家属的安顿以及安抚、现场取证等环节进行了探讨,为今后公安机关参与突发事故的抢救和处置,从理论上进行了认真总结。
From the aspect of the duties and tasks of the public security organs,the processes such as organization and leadership,road traffic control,on-site treatment to the injured,settling and comforting the families of the injured,and in-situ evidence were discussed by disposing two major accidents.It was summarized seriously in theory that the public security organs take part in rescuing and disposing sudden accident in the future.
