内部结构复杂的高层楼房拆除爆破

摘要(Abstract):

针对待拆面粉厂主楼房为7层非对称钢筋混凝土框架全剪力墙结构,内部兼具粮食加工和生活居住功能,楼层布局错综复杂的情况,根据高跨比小不易倾倒的特点,利用有限元分析软件确定预拆除的位置、钻孔数量和试爆位置,对1~2层立柱、剪力墙和楼梯进行部分预拆除,选择三角形切口。采取定向拆除爆破的方案,倾倒方向为正南方向,在倒塌位置铺垫缓冲减振层,保护周围建筑物不受损坏;采用大炸高和支座铰链技术,使后2排立柱作为后支座铰链,增加铰链极限承载力,严格控制楼房后坐;对立柱钻孔装药位置使用密目网和密竹栅栏进行爆破飞石近体防护;使用多段毫秒延时导爆管雷管起爆网路,确保楼房按预定的倾倒方向倒塌,由此实现了内部结构复杂的高层楼房拆除爆破。
The main building of the flour mill to be dismantled is a 7-story asymmetric reinforced concrete frame full shear wall structure,which has both grain processing and living and living functions,and the floor layout is intricate.According to the characteristics of high span ratio and small dumping,finite element is used.The analysis software determines the position of the pre-removal,the number of holes and the location of the test,and partially pre-demolition the 1-2 pillars,shear walls and stairs,and select the triangular cut.The directional demolition blasting scheme is adopted,the dumping direction is in the south direction,and the damping layer is cushioned in the collapsed position to protect the surrounding buildings from damage;the large two-row column and the support hinge technology are used to make the rear two rows of columns as the rear support hinges.Increase the ultimate bearing capacity of the hinge and strictly control the back seat of the building.For the drilling position of the column the dense mesh and the dense bamboo fence are used to perform the near-body protection of the blasting flying stone.The multi-segment millisecond delay detonator detonation network is used to ensure that the building collapses in a predetermined dumping direction,thereby realizing the demolition blasting of a high-rise building with complicated internal structure.
