摘要(Abstract)：

高温条件下炼硅炉内的沉渣进行爆破清除,具有一定的特殊性和难度。通过试验选择了适合高温条件下的起爆方法和网路设计,并对爆破器材采取了有效的降温措施,确保安全起爆,并分层定量地进行了多次爆破,成功地完成了爆破除渣任务。
Cleaning the sinking slag settled in silicon smelter through blasting under high temperature is relative difficult work in terms of its features. The blasting method plus detonation network suitable for high temperature was worked out through tests in this paper.Besides,effective measures were taken into the consideration to cool the blasting equipment,so as to guarantee the blasting in safety,and moreover,times of these blasting with fixed charging in layer were performed before the demolition.The blasting demolition was a successful one in cleaning the sinking slag in silicon smelter.
