摘要(Abstract)：
阐述了爆破工程安全管理存在的问题，以及如何严格把关和加强管理的若干措施与方法，以确保在工程爆破中取得良好的爆破效果，保证爆破工程的安全，便于公安机关为爆破设计施工单位服务，做好安全保障工作。
In this paper, some problems in safety management of blasting engineering and the measures of strengthening the management are discussed in order to ensure the blasting safety and good blasting effects. This paper is also helpful for public security administration to offer better sgrvice in blasting engineering.
