基于云模型的露天矿抛掷爆破效果综合评价

摘要(Abstract):

以云模型理论为基础,依据评价指标体系建立原则,选取炸药单耗、极限振速、有效抛掷率及松散系数建立了评价指标体系,进而构建了露天煤矿抛掷爆破效果综合评价模型,综合考虑了不确定性概念的模糊性和随机性。通过选取黑岱沟露天煤矿某次实测抛掷爆破参数,并应用云模型综合评价模型最终确定其评价等级为二级。露天矿抛掷爆破效果的云模型综合评价模型的建立,有利于优化露天矿爆破参数,提高后序设备作业效率,降低生产成本。
Based on the cloud model theory and the principle of establishing evaluation index system,explosive consumption,limit vibrating velocity,efficient casting rate and volumetric expansion coefficient were applied to establish evaluation index system and then a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed for determining the casting blast effect in open-pit coal mine,which involved both fuzziness and randomness of the uncertainty.By choosing the measured casting blast parameters in Heidaigou open-pit coal mine and using the cloud model to evaluate them,the project was determined to be Grade II.This comprehensive evaluation cloud model was beneficial to optimize blasting parameters,improve operation efficiency and reduce production cost.
