用显微三维断层扫描仪观察乳化炸药及其基质内部微结构

摘要(Abstract):

首次采用高分辨率显微三维断层扫描仪对乳化炸药及其基质进行内部微观结构的立体扫描与观察,其特点是无需制样(如稀释等),对样品进行直接扫描观察,在不破坏、不改变、不影响样品原结构的情况下展现样品内部状态的原貌,直观地观察乳化炸药内部的敏化气泡、析晶状况及其他颗粒物等第三相物质,为研究乳化炸药内部微观结构和分析乳化效果提供了一种新式测试方法。该仪器还可对扫描的图像进行三维重构、内部透视、任一断面的切片观察等数字化的后期处理。采用该检测手段有助于解决工业炸药实验和基础理论研究中遇到的一些难题或完成一些新发现。
The interior micro structure of emulsion explosive and its matrix were scanned and observed using a high resolution microscopic three-dimensional CT scanner for the first time.Its characteristic was without sample preparation,such as attenuation,the samples were directly observed,which could reveal the original appearance of the interior micro structure under the circumstance without destruction,change or influence,and the third phase matters such as sensitizing bubbles,crystallization and the other particulate matters.It was a new test method for the study of the interior micro structure of emulsion explosive and the analysis of the emulsification effect.The instrument could also make post processing on the scanned images,such as three-dimensional reconstruction,interior perspective and observation on the sections of any fracture surface.This method contributed to the solution of some problems in the experimental and basic theoretical research and the achievement of some new discoveries.
