摘要(Abstract):
湖南柘溪水电站扩机项目进水口挡水岩坎爆破拆除,具有爆破环境和地质、地形条件复杂,爆破规模大、风险高、工期紧迫等特点。通过采用纵向分层、水平向分区拆除程序;梯段弱松动爆破和强松动爆破相结合,岩坎两端采用光面爆破;孔内、孔外延时起爆,以及严密的安全防护等一系列精细爆破关键技术,最终一举成功。为今后类似工程积累了宝贵经验。
The engineering environments,geological features and terrain conditions are complicated for demolition blasting of water retaining rock-step of water inlet of the Zhexi hydroelectric station enlargement project in Hunan province.The project also has the characteristics of large-scale blasting,high risk and pressing construction periods etc.A series of procedures for precise demolition blasting are as follows: demolition procedures including vertical delaminating and horizontal zoning,weak loosening blasting combined with strong loosening blasting for bench blasting,smooth blasting of both ends of the rock-step,delay blasting inside and outside holes,rigorous safety protection and so on.All of them will contribute valuable experience towards the similar projects to be built in the future.
