摘要(Abstract):
为提高告成煤矿非均质硬岩巷道掘进速度,在加深炮孔的情况下,通过试验研究提出了分阶楔形加中心孔的掏槽方式,设计了炸药量、孔网参数,总结出适合于坚硬岩巷道掘进的爆破方法,并研究了非均质岩性对掏槽孔和孔网布置的影响。分析得出增加中心孔能提高掏槽孔利用率和掘进速度。
In order to improve the roadway excavation rate in heterogeneous lithologic hard rock of Gaocheng coal mine,the cutting mode of segment wedge cutting with central hole was proposed through experimental research in the case of deepening blasthole.The quantity of explosive and hole pattern param- eters were designed,and the suitable blasting method of roadway excavation in hard rock was summarized. Finally the influence on blastholes,layout of blastholes and network of heterogeneous lithologic conditions was also studied.It was concluded that adding central hole could improve utilization of cutting holes and excavation rate.
