复杂环境下水塔爆破新方法研究Study on new blasting method of water tower in complex environment

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究在倒塌场地受限时高耸薄壁类构筑物拆除爆破的新方法,利用在构筑物不同高度开设梯形和矩形组合而成的双切口,合理确定上下切口之间的延时时间,最终形成定向加原地坍塌的爆破新方法;将一定高度的构筑物倒塌在受限的范围内,并采用覆盖防护、遮挡防护、重要设备防护、开挖减振沟、预拆除等安全技术措施,爆破工程实践结果表明,应用此方法可以较好地达到爆破设计目标,确保周边保护目标不受影响;研究结果对类似环境下的拆除爆破工程有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to study a new method of demolition blasting for high-rise thin-walled structures when the collapse site is limited, the delay time between the upper and lower cutting can be reasonably determined by making use of the double cutting composed of trapezoid and rectangle at different heights of the structure, finally, a directional and in-situ collapse blasting method is formed, and the collapse of a certain height structure is limited within a restricted area. In addition, some safe technical measures, such as covering protection,occlusion protection, important equipment protection, excavation of damping ditch and preliminary demolition are adopted. The blasting engineering practice results show that the blasting design goal can be achieved by using this method and the surrounding protecting target is not affected. The research results can be used for similar demolition blasting projects.
