摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了江西省萍乡地区认真贯彻《民用爆炸物品安全管理条例》,实现民用爆炸物品生产、配送、爆破作业一体化经营模式的经验、技术特点和取得的初步成效,可供类似地区参考。
Following the Safety Administration Regulation of civil Explosive Material,the civil explosive material in Pingxiang area achieved the integrated management of production,transportation and utilization.The introduced management experience,featured technology and primary achievements could be referred by other similar areas.
