电雷管在电厂锅炉结焦爆破清除中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

电厂正常运行过程中锅炉结焦现象较为普遍,严重影响锅炉运行的安全性、可靠性和经济性。针对我国自2008年起淘汰火雷管的实际情况,在焦作电厂采用电雷管代替火雷管爆破清除锅炉炉膛结焦的新方法,经过两年多的实践,解决了电雷管在高温环境下不发生早爆,以及保证雷管脚线和起爆母线在高温环境下不发生熔断或短接的技术问题,成功地对锅炉炉膛结焦进行了爆破清除。其经验可供类似工程参考。
It is general for furnace chamber to coke in the process of the normal operation of the power plant,which seriously affects its safety,reliability and economy.According to the state that fire detonators were forbidden to apply after 2008 year in China,coking of furnace chamber was cleared by electric detonators instead of fire detonators in Jiaozuo power plant.Through its engineering practice for more than two years,it were solved that electric detonators did not be ignited advance under high temperature and that its detonator wires and initiation busbars were not broken by fusion or occurred short under high temperature.Coking of furnace chamber was cleared successfully by using electric detonators to blast.The experience of the project was used as reference for similar projects.
