环向切缝聚能管在隧道掘进中的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究环向切缝聚能管的实际应用效果,在隧道现场开展了环向切缝管的掏槽爆破试验和掌子面中部增设超深孔的聚能管爆破试验。结果表明环向切缝聚能管能够增加掏槽进尺和提高炮孔利用率,且环向切缝的纵向间距为3~4 cm时效果最优;在环向切缝聚能管试验基础上,进行了加设超深中间孔试验,结果显示加设超深中间孔,可进一步提高0.13 cm掏槽爆破进尺和1%炮孔利用率,且中间超深孔采用MS1段雷管起爆时的掘进效果更优,但与此同时增大了周边岩体的振动速度。试验验证环向切缝管聚能用于隧道掘进爆破的良好应用效果,为环向切缝聚能管在隧道掘进中的推广应用积累了宝贵经验。
In order to study the application effect of the circular slit tube, the tests of the circular slit tube in cutting blasting and the ultra-deep hole blasting in the middle of the tunnel face were carried out. The experimental results show that the tunneling footage and the utilizing ratio of blastholes with circular slit tubes are improved, and the application effect is the best when the longitudinal spacing of the circular slits was 3 to 4 cm. Using ultra-deep holes in the middle of the tunnel face, together with the circular slit tubes, can further increase the tunneling footage by 0.13 cm and utilization ratio of blastholes by 1%. A better result can be achieved when the explosive in the ultra-deep middle hole was detonated by the MS 1 detonator, but the vibration velocity of surrounding rock will rise at the same time. Results of these experiments verifie that a better effect can be achieved by the application of circular slit tubes in tunnel excavation and it can be recommended for other similar projects.
