复杂环境下大型火电厂房爆破拆除技术

摘要(Abstract):

以重庆发电厂东厂房拆除爆破为例,根据控制爆破拆除的一般原理,阐述了复杂环境下大型厂房结构定向爆破拆除的特点、难点和要求;基于关联技术分析,确定安全控制指标,制定结构解体倒塌顺序和结构预处理方案,实现爆破参数和爆破网路合理设计;并对爆破灾害采取了有效控制措施,使大型厂房的爆破拆除达到预期效果。
Regarding demolition of a thermal power plant,located in Chongqing,the paper,based on the general principles of controlled blasting demolition,discussed the features,difficulties and technical requirements of directional blasting demolition of large construction structures under complicated surroundings.The blasting demolition,using the determined safety control index and the sequence of structure collapsing with pre-treatment scheme of the structure,which was worked out based on relating technological analysis,reached anticipated results in terms of the realization of reasonable design of its blasting parameters and ignition networks and its effective control of the blasting hazards.
