摘要(Abstract)：

本文介绍了三峡水利枢纽一期工程土石方开挖的概况。针对其施工特点，介绍了所采用的一般技术措施；探讨了土石方开挖的主要技术问题，并提出作者的见解。
The general situation about the earth and cock excavation in first phase of construction of the Three Gorges Project is introduced in this paper.The general technical measures according to the excavative construction characteristics are described.The main problems of the earth and rock excavation is discussed and the writer's opinions put forward.
