支撑部非对称雷达站塔的爆破拆除及数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一座32m高支撑部非对称雷达站塔的定向爆破拆除工程。通过对雷达站塔自身结构特点及周边环境的分析,为了确保起爆后雷达站塔沿设计方向顺利倒塌,选择合理的爆破切口参数,预先采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件针对支撑部强度非对称雷达站塔进行纠偏设计。最终,爆破拆除的雷达站塔倒塌在设计范围内,四周建(构)筑物和设施完好无损。该雷达站塔的爆破拆除在安全和质量上都达到了预期效果,可为类似爆破工程提供经验。
The directional blasting demolition of a 32m-high radar station tower with asymmetric support was introduced.The radar station's structural characteristics and surrounding environment were analyzed.In order to ensure that the tower collapse exactly towards the designed direction,reasonable blasting cut parameters were chosen,especially,ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was used in advance to rectify deviation design.The radar station collapsed within the design scope and surrounding buildings,structures and equipments remained intact.The expected effect was achieved in terms of safety and quality,and it could provide an experience for similar blasting projects.
