闹市区框剪结构楼房爆破拆除与有害效应控制

摘要(Abstract):

为了顺利爆破拆除闹市区地上11层、地下2层、建筑总高50 m,建筑面积约5 000 m~2的框架剪力墙结构楼房,根据楼房结构特点和周围环境,选择向南空地定向倒塌的爆破拆除方案。对1~2层剪力墙、楼梯进行局部预拆除;选择三角形爆破切口,采用四通与"大把抓"相结合的复式起爆网路;依据精细设计、精细施工和精细管理的科学方法和理念,采用主动与被动防护相结合的安全技术,有效地控制了爆破振动、塌落振动和爆破飞散物,取得了良好爆破效果。可为类似工程爆破拆除提供参考。
This paper introduced the directional controlled blasting demolition of a frame shear wall structure building in downtown area. The building to be demolished has 11 floors above ground and 2 floors below ground. The total building height is 50 m and the construction area is about 5 000 m~2. According to the structural characteristics and surrounding environment of the building, a blasting demolition plan for directional collapse to southern space was selected. The shear walls and the staircase on 1-2 layers were partially pre-demolished; the triangular blasting notch and the duplication initiation network of the four-way combined with the "big grasp" were selected; the blasting vibration, collapse vibration and blasting rock-fly were effectively controlled by the combination of active and passive protection according to the scientific methods and ideas of fine design, fine construction and fine management, and the good blasting results were achieved. It can provide reference for blasting demolition of similar projects.
