炸药性能与岩石匹配的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了探究炸药和岩石的匹配关系,以寻求最优的匹配效果,最终将大块率控制在合理范围以内,创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。在江西德兴铜矿爆破施工中,采用岩块投影的最大面积和周长作为衡量矿岩块度的标准几何特征参量,并运用AutoCAD二次开发VB编程进行数据处理,采用回归分析法探讨炸药和岩石的匹配关系,最后得到最优匹配区的匹配系数为2.502.58。
The matching relationship of explosive and rock was explored for seeking the optimal matching effect,bulk yield would eventually be controlled within rational range,and good economic and social benefits would be created.In the blasting construction of Dexing copper mine in Jiangxi,the maximum area and perimeter of rock projection were adopted and regarded as parameters of standard geometric features for evaluating rock fragment size.The AutoCAD to secondary development of VB was applied in data processing.The regression was introduced to explore the matching relationship between explosive and rock.The matching coefficient from optimal matched area was confirmed and it was in range of 2.50 2.58。
