预裂爆破与气泡帷幕技术在水下爆破中的应用APPLICATION OF PRESPLITTING BLASTING AND AIR BUBBLE CURTAIN TECHNOLOGIES IN UNDERWATER BLASTING

摘要(Abstract):
为减少水下爆破施工对附近建筑的不利影响,讨论了采用预裂爆破、气泡帷幕等减振、防护措施的可行性,并以大连长兴岛大船重工船坞坞口周边炸礁工程为例进行详细说明。实践结果表明,在进行钻孔爆破时,采用预裂爆破、气泡帷幕等减振、防护措施可以对爆破地震波及水击波实施控制,把爆破影响降到建筑安全容许的范围内,保证了附近30万t级船坞和修船码头的安全,达到了预期效果,可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to reduce the negative impact on nearby buildings of underwater blasting,the feasibility of vibration reduction and protection measures such as presplitting blasting and air bubble curtain were introduced in the reef blasting of Chang-xing island heavy shipyard in Dalian.Results showed that seismic wave and water surge could be controlled and reduced by the allowable range with presplitting blasting and air bubble curtain,the 30 millions tons-shipyard and ship repairing dock were protected well,and the expected results were achieved.It could provide an experience for other similar engineerings.
