隧道工程光面爆破施工改进IMPROVED CONSTRUCTION OF SMOOTH BLASTING ON TUNNEL ENGINEERING

摘要(Abstract):
在新奥法施工中,传统的光面爆破直接用纯炮泥填塞炮孔,其炸药能量有效利用率不高。本文介绍了铁山坪隧道掘进工程中,对光面爆破施工进行了改进,采用了水-土复合填塞炮孔的装药结构,并适当减少了炸药量,使隧道月平均进尺125.8m、最高时达146.5m,施工质量达到优良标准,并取得了良好的经济效益。
In New Austrian Tunneling Method construction,the traditional smooth blasting for tunnels uses pure clay to stem blast holes,which results in relatively low efficient availability of explosives.This paper introduced the improvements of smooth blasting during Tieshanping tunnel construction,in terms of its adoption of loading structure with water-clay composite for stemming and the reduction of quantity of explosives.The improvement raised the average speed of advancement to 125.8 meters per month with the highest value 146.5 meters.The tunnel achieved excellent standard and gained good economic results.
