减振孔对寺庙减振效果的应用与研究Application and research of damping holes to the damping effect of Temple

摘要(Abstract):
为简化缅甸莱比塘铜矿寺庙附近控制爆破区域施工流程,减少控制爆破区域面积,扩大爆破开采规模,提出在寺庙与爆源之间安排减振孔隔振的方法。在含水土层减振孔施工过程中,提出管内注水、管外填砂、最后抽水成空管的施工方法。施工后对减振孔两侧以及寺庙附近进行爆破振动监测并分析研究。结果表明减振孔对爆破振动峰值减弱作用明显;对减振孔后侧点的爆破振动信号进行非线性回归分析,与无减振孔的爆破振动衰减公式对比分析,随着爆源与寺庙的距离增加,减振孔对爆破振动信号的减振作用逐渐减小;根据重新拟合的公式对控制爆破区域重新划分,提高了爆破开采效率。
In order to simplify the construction process of controlled blasting area near the temple of Laibitang Copper Mine in Myanmar, reduce the area of controlled blasting and expand the blasting mining scale, a method of arranging vibration isolation holes between the temple and the blasting source is proposed. In the construction process of damping holes in water and soil bearing layer, the construction method of injecting water in the pipe, filling sand outside the hole and finally pumping water out to leave an empty pipe is put forward. After construction, the blasting vibration on both sides of the damping holes and near the temple is monitored and analyzed. The results show that the damping hole has an obvious damping effect on reducing the peak value of blasting vibration. The blasting vibration signal at the rear side of the damping hole is analyzed by nonlinear regression, which is compared with the blasting vibration attenuation formula without damping holes. With the increase of the distance between the blasting area and the temple, the damping effect of the holes on the blasting vibration signal decreases gradually. The controlled blasting area is re-divided according to the re-fitting formula, which improves the blasting mining efficiency.
