摘要(Abstract):
对封堵灵的使用方法和封堵钻孔的效果进行介绍,并根据现场实际施工的数据结果进行对比分析,研究了封堵灵封堵材料-水压复合爆破施工技术在充分利用炸药性能,增加掘进进尺;降低洞内粉尘含量,改善洞内施工作业环境;缩短循环时间,提高施工作业效率;改善光爆质量等方面的效果。结果表明:封堵灵封堵材料-水压复合爆破施工技术的施工效果均优于常规爆破及水压爆破。
A study on the effects of plugging materials and hydraulic composite blasting construction technique in the aspects of increasing the tunneling footage by making full use of the explosive property.Construction work environment was improved by reducing dust content in the hole;working efficiency was improved by shortening the cycle time;the effect of plugging drilling was advanced by analyzing the data of the site operation.The results showed that Fengduling-hydraulic composite blasting effect was better than conventional blasting and hydraulic blasting.
