摘要(Abstract):
EFP侵彻非均匀介质,相比聚能射流具有很多优点。本文在对比研究聚能射流和EFP形成及作用过程的基础上,结合实际对EFP装药进行整体结构设计。基于此结构,利用LS-DYNA程序对EFP成型过程及其速度、能量进行三维数值模拟,然后采用一种工程算法进行理论解析,两者对比检验设计结果的合理性。结论对于EFP装药的结构设计和工程应用具有一定的参考价值。
Explosively Formed Projectile(EFP)applies to penetrating nonuniform medium with lots of advantages.Based on the comparison between metal jet and EFP,the typical shaped charge is designed in this paper.To test and verify effect of this EFP design,the processes of EFP formation,velocity and kinetic energy are numerically simulated with LS-DYNA3D finite element code.The results from the theoretical analysis are in good agreement with unmerical simulation.It provides an important reference for optimization of EFP design,and is valuable for its engineering application.
