摘要(Abstract)：

因原乳化炸药生产线产能偏小、安全性有待提高,北京矿冶研究总院决定开发更安全的大产能生产线。通过开发关键设备——乳化器、冷却器和敏化机,并改变工艺流程,大产能(6 t/h)生产线的开发取得成功。目前,已向两个公司进行了技术转让;两条生产线均已顺利投产,且产品质量稳定、可靠。与原生产线相比,大产能乳化炸药生产线更高效安全。
As the former production line for emulsion explosive bore the disadvantages like low efficiency and less safety,Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy made a decision in developing a safer line with large-capacity.The development succeeded by introducing some key equipment,such as the emulsifier,cooler and sensitization equipment into the production line with adjusted production flow.The technique has been transferred to two companies.Both the two lines have successfully come into production,with steady and reliable product quality,and being more efficient and safer than the former.
