摘要(Abstract)：
针对沪杭甬高速公路高边坡大方量扩堑工程的特点,采取了高陡边坡无隔墙、无钢管排架防护的深孔水压爆破技术,取得了显著的经济与社会效益。本文结合实际工程,阐述了深孔水压爆破的技术原理及爆破方案、爆破参数、起爆网路的设计,以及实际工程的爆破施工与安全防护措施;并通过对比总结出深孔水压爆破较深孔松动控制爆破的优越性,为今后类似工程提供成功经验。
According to the characteristics of cutting expansion in construction of Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Highway with high slope and heavy earthwork,the effort of adopting deep-hole water pressure blasting techniques for the high and steep slope without wall and bent steel pipe protection reached remarkable economic and social benefits.Based on this project,this paper explained the technical principles,blasting program,blasting parameters and initiating network design of deep-hole water pressure blasting,and safety protection measures of the actual project construction.Besides,this paper also summarized the superiority of deep-hole water pressure blasting over the deep-hole loose control blasting.This paper may provide successful experience for the future similar projects.
