露天矿复杂采空区群治理技术分析

摘要(Abstract):

为了有效确定采空区群的存在位置,采用三维激光扫描技术对大宝山47线采空区群进行了探测,确定了11个采空区的空间关系及各自的分布状态;在探测基础上,分析了各个采空区的稳定性情况,给出了爆破处理时机及采空区爆破施工的顺序。最终利用强制爆破崩落法,并设计了相应的爆破参数,控制了炸药装药量,对装药及填塞也进行分类处理。现场爆破施工表明,第一爆区、第二爆区、第三爆区的上部岩石较好地落入了采空区范围内,充填效果良好,成功消除了采空区群的不利影响。
In order to effectively determine the location of goafs group, three-dimensional laser scanning technology was used to detect goafs group of Dabaoshan 47 line, the spatial relationship and distribution status of 11 goafs were determined. On this basis, the stability of each goaf was analyzed. In the case, the optimal blasting timing and the sequence of blasting construction in the goafs were given. Finally,the forced blasting caving method was applied, corresponding blasting parameters were designed, the amount of explosive charge was controlled, the charge and packing were classified.The on-site construction results showed that the upper rock strata of the first, the second and the third blasting zone were well within the mining area, and the filling effect was good, which successfully eliminated bad effect of goafs group.
