摘要(Abstract):
为了研究出一种更适用城市发展需要的非炸药爆破方法,研制一种由多种含硝基的氧化剂、非金属粉末、黏结剂组成的新高能燃烧剂。新高能燃烧剂与电解质溶液、膨胀剂按照一定比例组装成破岩药柱。药柱特殊的成分及装药结构易于填塞,简化了工程步骤。采用特制的点火电极,其峰值电压在10kV以上,点火能量足够,并且点火方式安全。破岩实验说明:药柱具有切割、破碎岩石的能力,抛掷距离不足3m,且具备振动小、弱抛掷、微有毒气体释放的特点;破碎1m3石块成本要比普通燃烧剂低1元,具有实际应用价值。
In order to develop a non-explosive blasting method which is more suitable for urban development,a new high-energy incendiary agent is introcuced.The incendiary agent composing of nitro groups oxidizing agents,non-metal powder and binder.Crushing rock charge column composing of the new high-energy incendiary agent and electrolyte solution,swelling agent according to a certain proportion.The special composition and charging structure of the charge column are easy to plug and simplify the engineering steps.The special ignition electrode is used to the charge column.Its peak voltage is above 10 kV.The ignition energy is enough.And the ignition mode is safe.The rock breaking test indicated that the charge column with the ability to cut and crush rocks,and the distance of rock throwing is less than 3 m.The charge column with the characteristics of small vibration,weak throwing,small toxic gas production.The cost of crushing 1 m3石块成本要比普通燃烧剂低1元,具有实际应用价值。
