摘要(Abstract):
介绍了一座悬索吊桥的爆破拆除工程实践。为了减小爆破振动对周边建筑物的影响,首先采用延时起爆技术控制爆破了4根桥塔柱,使吊桥上部结构全部塌落;尔后再用氧气割断主缆索的二者相结合的方法。本文阐述了桥塔柱的控制爆破设计、延时起爆网路、安全防护和爆破效果,以及主缆索切割的施工措施;其经验对类似工程具有借鉴和参考价值。
The present paper is about a blasting engineering practice in demolition of a hanging cable suspension bridge.In order to reduce blasting vibration effect on surrounding buildings,4 pieces of bridge tower pillars were first demolished using millisecond controlled blasting technique,which resulted in a completely collapse of the upper structures of the bridge.The main cables were then cut with oxygen.The paper discussed in detail the blasting demolition in terms of its controlled blasting design,ignition delay network,safety protection and blasting results as well as the construction of the cut of the main cables.Its experience could be consulted by the engineering of the like.
