摘要(Abstract)：

民爆器材具有易燃、易爆的危险性,除要求产品内在质量符合国家标准外,其外包装的标准化、规范化也应势在必行。本文通过对各类爆破器材的外包装现状分析,找出问题的根源,提出民用爆破器材外包装应实现标准化、规范化、分类统一的建议和具体措施。
Being flammable and explosive,the standardization of the outer pack for the products of civil explosive materials is imperative under the situation on the premise of its quality meeting the state quality requirements.The paper found out the origination of problem existing in the outer pack of the explosive materials through analyzing the current status in this field.Proposals and concrete measures of realizing the standardization of the outer pack for explosive materials were put forward.
