乳胶基质生产线破乳监测系统研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

在乳胶基质生产线上,引入压力测试技术的破乳监测系统,可在第一时间处理乳胶基质破乳产生的废料,确保乳胶基质的合格率。破乳监测系统基于流体力学中的液阻效应,当乳胶基质粘度较大时,螺杆泵出口压力和精乳器出、入口压力相对较高,精乳器出、入口的压力差较大;当废品流动性较好时,螺杆泵出口压力和精乳器出、入口压力相对较低,压力差较小。为此,在精乳器出、入口安装了破乳监测系统,通过设置两端压力值和压力差值,监测乳胶基质制备时破乳的异常状态。如果乳胶基质出现破乳,精乳器两端的压力就会大幅降低,压力差缩小,乳胶基质输送泵就会自动停止输送,并将水相和油相转入自动循环状态,同时发出乳胶基质破乳的预警信息,提醒操作人员及时分离废料与合格产品,避免废料与储罐中乳胶基质混合在一起,保证了储罐中乳胶基质的质量,有效降低了成本。破乳监测系统的在线应用,提高了乳胶基质生产线的自动化、智能化管理水平,避免了高温作业现场危害,降低了操作人员暴露于危险环境中的风险,在民爆企业尚属首例。
In the emulsion matrix production line, a demulsification monitoring system with pressure testing technology can be used to treat the waste generated by the emulsion matrix demulsification in the first time, ensuring the yield of the latex matrix. Demulsification monitoring is based on the liquid resistance effect in fluid mechanics, it is found that the emulsion matrix had high viscosity, screw pump outlet pressure and separator inlet and outlet pressure are relatively high, and the pressure difference is large, waste liquidity is better, screw pump outlet pressure and separator inlet and outlet pressure are relatively low, and the pressure difference is small. The explosives factory installed a demulsification monitoring system at the entrance and exit of separator,to control the abnormal state of demulsification during preparation of the emulsion matrix by setting the pressure value and pressure difference at both ends. If the emulsion matrix is broken, the pressure at both ends of the separator is greatly reduced, and the pressure difference is reduced, and the emulsion matrix transfer pump stops conveying automatically, and achieve early warning of emulsion matrix demulsification, remind people to separate waste and qualified products in time, avoiding the mixing of waste materials with the emulsion matrix in the storage tank, ensuring the quality of the emulsion matrix in the storage tank and effectively reducing the cost. The online application of the emulsion breaking monitoring system has improved the automation and intelligent management level of the emulsion matrix production line of explosive factory, eliminates onsite occupational hazards from high temperature operations and reduces the risk of operators being exposed to hazardous environments and this is the first example of civil explosion enterprise.
