粉末药型罩石油射孔弹侵彻性能的数值模拟
THE NUMERICAL SIMULATION ON PENETRATING PERFORMANCE OF POWDERED LINER IN PERFORATION OF OIL

摘要(Abstract):

根据石油射孔弹的实际结构和几何尺寸,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA2D非线性动力学有限元分析软件,基于自适应网格方法,对孔隙率为11.53%的铜药型罩射流形成和打靶过程以及聚能射流头部速度进行详细描述和分析,并对密实铜药型罩射流形成及打靶的过程进行了数值模拟。对比分析粉末药型罩和密实药型罩侵彻靶板的形貌,结果表明:孔隙率为11.53%的药型罩打靶在穿深、孔径两方面均表现出了更好的侵彻特性。
According to actual structure and geometry size of oilwell perforator,a detailed description and analysis on formation,penetration,tip velocity of copper liner with 11.53% porosity jet was taken by adaptive mesh method,using nonlinear dynamics finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA-2D.At the temporal point of view,the characteristics of shaped charge jet formation,penetration depth and tip velocity of porous copper liner were studied in detail with numerical methods.The formation and penetrating processes of solid copper liner jet were numerical simulated comparatively.It was demonstrated by the results of target feature between porous and solid liner that copper liner with 11.53% porosity showed better penetrating ability than solid liner in both penetration depth and crater diameter.Calculations showed that without obvious change of average crater diameter,the target penetration of porous liner was deeper than solid one.
