摘要(Abstract):
为减少北方地区界河、内陆河冬春交替时期凌汛灾害对沿河人民生命和财产安全威胁,针对冰凌灾害特点,在运用冰介质爆破漏斗机理和数值模拟对冰体可爆性深入分析基础上,对车载式火箭爆炸带破冰破凌技术进行了研究,分析了其火箭爆炸带组成、技术参数指标和结构,探讨了车载式破冰破凌的功能定位与要求、优势和应用范围,为防凌减灾提供了重要的技术支撑。
In order to reduce the threat of ice flood disaster to the people's life and property security of the northern border and inland river in alternating periods.Aiming at characteristics of the ice disaster,the ice blastability has been deeply analyzed by using of blasting funnel mechanism and numerical simulation. Based on this,the technology of the ice and ice flood broken by the vehicle-mounted rocket explosion belt has been studied,including the composition,technical parameters and structure of the rocket explosion belt.The functions and requirements,advantages and application scope of the ice and ice flood broken by the vehicle-mounted have also been discussed.Accordingly,it could provide an important technical support for the ice flood control and disaster reduction.
