电子雷管爆破振动波分析识别盲炮的方法METHOD OF MISFIRE IDENTIFICATION BY MONITORING VIBRATION OF THE BLASTING WITH DIGITAL ELECTRONIC DETONATOR

摘要(Abstract):
分析了爆破工程中盲炮产生的原因和危害,提出了用隆芯1号数码电子雷管替代传统导爆管雷管,运用电子雷管精确延时可量化计算的特性,并结合分析爆破振动波的方法来识别盲炮。实际爆破试验和在工程中的应用试验表明,采用该盲炮识别方法具有准确性高、可行性强和易于实现的特点。
The causes and hazards of misfire were analyzed in the blasting engineering.Replacing conventional ignition detonator by Lux No.1 digital electronic detonator was put forward.A new method for misfire identification was proposed through combining quantitative calculation characteristic of delay time of digital electronic detonator with waveform analysis of blasting vibration.The results of blasting test and practical engineering application show that the method is more accurate,feasible and easy to be achieved.
